Pat Mayer, Health Coach

Live Simple, Eat Well is about helping people who want to be sure they are doing the best they can to maintain or obtain optimal health and well being, who want to make changes in their lifestyle and health but aren’t quite sure what or how to change, and who feel they could use some help sorting through confusing and conflicting claims of what to eat, how to exercise, etc. I provide support and accountability to help people achieve their goals and build lifelong good habits. Living simply is a prime goal  – good health does not have to be complicated. Eating well promotes good health and also does not need to be complicated.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition®, the Global Institute for Alternative Medicine, and life experience. I have studied more than one hundred dietary theories and learned a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing from this body of knowledge, my method is to recommend a customized approach to your individual situation. I believe in keeping life simple, so our work together will ease you into the place you want to be.

I want to take good care of this body I have, to go gracefully into my later years in the best shape possible, and to avoid the health problems that come with stress and poor eating habits. Nutritious and Delicious

Eating plenty of vegetables and fruits is smart and makes for tasty eating! I like to suggest vegetables that may not be as familiar as others, but also focus on long-time favorites. You’ll find tips for buying and cooking your produce to retain its natural goodness.

Keeping It Simple

Life can be complicated but it doesn’t have to be. Too much stress is detrimental to your health, so I promote lifestyle changes that don’t add more complications to your life and that help you find balance.
